SUMMARY
Desktop effects failure on some virtual desktops.
This is the third plasma release in a row that I've seen this bug.
At a random moment, desktop effects (animation, blur, overview, etc.) disappear
on some virtual desktops.
If I delete that virtual desktop with failure and recreate it, the effects come
back on it.
OBSERVED RESULT
At a random moment, desktop effects (animation, blur, overview, etc.) disappear
on some virtual desktops.
EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop effects keep running
