SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set your preferred weather location
2. logout/reboot
3. Start the computer/login to the desktop in the usual way
OBSERVED RESULT
Weather widget is empty and complains it cannot get info for the location
(previously configured). Unable to update the current location. changing to
any other location will work. then you can change back to your original chosen
location and it will get the weather report just fine.
EXPECTED RESULT
Displays the weather for the selected location without a bunch of hoops to go
through

(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
