SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start neochat
2. Be invited to a new room or space, accept the notification
3. If a new room, see nothing
4. If a new space, watch the "loading" progress status dance around ad vitam
eternam
5. Close neochat, restart, see everything just fine
I tried reboots, applying all updates etc.
OBSERVED RESULT
Space keeps "loading", room doesn't show. For a test I have let "loading" run
for 7 hours.
EXPECTED RESULT
A reasonable delay (a few seconds, a minute depending on network connection;
but here for a test I joined a new space before going to bed, let it sit, and 7
hours later it was still loading)

Windows: nyet
macOS: oh non
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch linux all updated as of today, week old install, kde
plasma 6.4.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Using a different, well known client, new spaces and rooms load instantly
without requiring a restart.
