Well, then it's your fault, if it's outdated/deprecated, it's your responsibility to fix it, to find a replacement, or even to file the bug report for the users using your OS/apps. I shouldn't have to do it, I did it because I know you won't do it, but it shouldn't be my role. I'm just using the report tool provided by KDE to report the bug on my system or system's apps.
