SUMMARY
My computer has a for the Windows snipping tool, which in `wev` gives me this:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into the KDE Shortcuts menu.
2. Under "Capture rectangular region", click on the "add" button to map a key
to this action.
3.  Push the "snip tool" key (which generates output
`XF86SelectiveScreenshot`).

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens, keypress is ignored.

EXPECTED RESULT
Key should be assigned to the given shortcut.
