Currently the application launcher is fine and the issue rarely happens in my
main account (didn't happen with the new account but i'd imagine that it would
happen once or twice if I tested it for a long period of time), but there is a
very similar issue with the system tray (could be even the same issue) where
clicking a tray entry (like the network icon) would not open for multiple
clicks then it would open, or sometimes it wouldn't open until you click on
another entry. I managed to catch it in a recording where clicking the audio
icon did not open until I clicked it a third time. And this issue also happened
in the new account

I also recorded another issue in the second half of the video which is really
strange and happens on multiple accusations, the most reliable one is to just
move the cursor while holding left click in the entry, where the icon would go
to an inflated and deflated state rapidly.
