Just to help narrow it down. I tested it on the distributions installed on my PC. The components were not changed. I always used the home directory by default. Now on kde plasma 6.4.3 the problem remains. Unfortunately, I have no opportunity to test it on another PC in the near future. I am inclined to think that the problem is only on my PC since no one else has written about a similar problem.
