SUMMARY
Upon hitting escape while moving a widget in the panel, it becomes so jumbled
to the point of being unrecoverable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enter "Show Panel Configuration" mode.
2. Grab one of the widgets by holding left click. (You do not have to drag it.
You can move it very slightly or not at all)
3. While still holding left click, hit the escape key.
OBSERVED RESULT
The position of the widgets changes to a strange, jumbled, and unusable state.
It is then difficult or impossible to put them back how they were before.
EXPECTED RESULT
For this not to happen.
