I don't think this is a Wayland known significant issue since it's not an issue, it's a feature request, and it's also not a regression from X11 where there's also no KDE GUI to set this up. What *is* a regression from X11 is that technical experts can't work around the lack of a GUI for this by doing it by hand using config files or CLI tools.
