      Version First 6.3.6

  Target Milestone: 1.0

SUMMARY
When enabling the "On login, launch apps that were open: On last logout"
Session Restore KCM setting in a Wayland session, the applications should be
reopened in the custom taskbar order (e.g. the order chosen by manually
reordering them in the taskbar).
They get reopened instead in their original order.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the "On login, launch apps that were open: On last logout" Session
Restore KCM setting
2. Open first Dolphin, then Konsole, then KCalc
3. In the taskbar, move KCalc before Dolphin so that the new order is: KCalc,
Dolphin, Konsole
4. Close/reopen the session or restart the computer

OBSERVED RESULT
The taskbar order doesn't remember the custom order.
It's back to Dolphin, Konsole, KCalc

EXPECTED RESULT
The taskbar order remembers the custom order.
It's KCalc, Dolphin, Konsole

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Reproducible with both "Icons-and-Text" and "Icons-Only" Task Manager.
With X11, no taskbar order is remembered, it's just random.
