STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. merkuro-mail
2. Settings -> Configure Merkuro Mail
3. Click on Accounts
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing shows up
qml: Unable to create component for moduleId: "accounts". Error:
qrc:/qt/qml/org/kde/merkuro/mail/settings/AccountSettingsPage.qml:10 module
"org.kde.akonadi.mime" is not installed
It looks to me, that it would need

Accounts settings page shows up
