SUMMARY
With the latest git build, the text-icon task manager ignores the `Use
multi-row view` option and always shows tasks in multiple rows when there are
many windows.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open 10+ applications

OBSERVED RESULT
The task manager shows tasks in 2 rows. The pinned icons have wrong widths.
EXPECTED RESULT
The task manager shows tasks in only 1 row.
