If you click on the memory usage label in the statusbar, you will see how this memory is used, but, as the new file dialog shows, when you create an image this size, every paint layer will use 265,5 MB -- and that's simply the result of multiplying height * width * 4 to get the total number of bytes. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
