Bug ID: 508709
Summary: Pen cursor controls other screen for about 2-4 sec
despite cursor being clearly on the new/main screen.

SUMMARY
Pen cursor controls other screen for about 2-4 sec despite cursor being clearly
on the new screen,
Tablet setting is set to Specific Screen, cursor is visible on the Main Screen
selected as Specific Screen.
Yet it still controls the other screen for about 2-4 second. A stylus tap was
performed to confirm the screen to which its transferred despite that it still
control the other screen . I think there is a delay of transfer of control.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Multiple Monitor
2. Drawing Tablet setting set To specific Screen - set the other screen as the
main tablet screen
4. Set one of the button to me a middle click [for the scroll]
3. Open a browser that clearly has scroll bar on the Other/ Not Main Screen
4. Browse a little bit on the other screen
5. Jump to the new screen, click tap, then click the button mapped to middle
mouse
OBSERVED RESULT
The browser on the other monitor , scrolls up and down despite the cursor being
in other screen and even tapping it to ensure it register in that screen. This
happens for like 2 or 3 taps before it fully transfer control to the main
tablet screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The moment you switch to the new screen and click the window/ tap on the screen
with the pen it should register that screen as the active screen. Stylus should
not be able to control the browser scroll/ whatever was on the other screen.
I tested it on file browser and there is that delay of transfer there too. It
just more visible when its on a browser since the scroll is getting activated
before it transfer to control to the other screen. It delay is significant
enough to be noticeable like i think 2-4s. Annoying when you are drawing.
