When adding new Payee, Get message "Do you want to add this Payee? When confirm
"Yes" , transaction form closes and have to start all over as Now New payee is
now listed. Earlier Versions 5.195, you were able to continue finishing
transaction. Is this a Bug or a new format. This is time-consuming when adding
many new Payees. I am using Version for Windows 5.2.70..Duplicate action in 5.2
