It looks to me like this is *probably* an issue in your graphics drivers or the
part of the PipeWire stack that interfaces with them, but I also see frames in
KDE code (PipeWireSourceStream::stateChanged) so I'll move this to KPipeWire
for now so folks there can see if we're doing anything wrong on our side.
