STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Have and app crash multiple times, or multiple apps crashing one time.
OBSERVED RESULT
The crash icon can stack and invade the whole panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
The crash icon should only be one, with a number on it's corner to represent
quantity of crashes.
