A video showing the unstable text rendering wobblying
SUMMARY
The text rendering is occasionally unstable and has weird wobble (see video).
This might be a problem in some lower level component, but since I don't know
which I'll report it here first.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Not sure how to trigger it, but it happens eventually
OBSERVED RESULT
See video. This wobble happens without user interaction, even if the mouse
stays still.
EXPECTED RESULT
The rendering remains stable and doesn't occasionally wobble.
