SUMMARY
Mouse acceleration profile changes when upgrading from X11 to Wayland.
The problem is two-fold:
1. Switching from X11 to Wayland isn't transparent for the user: They will
notice that mouse acceleration profile is different, although they didn't touch
any settings.
2. As described in https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=464868#c24, the
current Mouse KCM doesn't provide settings to manually apply the same
acceleration profile that was used in X11, at least if they were as follows in
Mouse KCM on X11:
* Pointer speed: 0.20
* Pointer acceleration: Enabled (checkbox ticked).
