I need to do further testing to make sure but it might just be that there's too many services it is trying to run and because sending a file needs a new port opened at the time of sending it, it runs out. I'll leave it to the devs or anyone else to close the thread if they feel this doesn't need any action. It's still technically an issue and isn't a "fix".
