The bug
The Polish letter Ł is displayed as mojibake in the widget interface. This is
not an issue of the data provider.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Search for a weather station with ł in its name (for example, "Kołobrzeg")
2. Add it.
3. Check the data provider - for Kołobrzeg
https://www.wetter.com/polen/kolobrzeg/PL3095795.html the city name is
displayed correctly
OBSERVED RESULT
There is mojibake text instead of Ł.
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be an Ł.
