SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Navigate to global theme, boot splash screens
3. Observe options
OBSERVED RESULT
Preview images no longer load, I have tried updates
EXPECTED RESULT
Ability to see a static image of the different boot splash screens before
applying and restarting to guess
