SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download https://www.makuracover.com/dungeon/dungeon_patch_136.zip (attached
same file below)
2. Open it with Ark
OBSERVED RESULT
All file names are scrambled, like "ÅCÉ│ùÜù≡.txt"
EXPECTED RESULT
- Be able to extract Japanese correctly.
- 7-zip for Windows GUI have same problem.
- For workaround: "7z x -mcp=932 bad_japanese.zip"
