Hello! Sorry that it's taken so long to get a response. Have you managed to
resolve the issue or is the painting still 'stuck in limbo'? There could be a
number of things going on here and it's hard to say what it might be without a
bit more information. 

- Is it only this image, or does every images you produce in Krita come out
overly saturated on other displays?
- It doesn't look overly saturated in the screenshot on my monitor. Is it only
when you save it as, for example, a png that it looks too saturated?
- Is it only images from Krita? If you were to paint something real quick in a
different software (like Microsoft Paint) does that also look overly saturated
on a phone?
- Is your monitor an HDR monitor, and are you using Krita's HDR features? 
(This is a shot in the dark since I know very little about how HDR works, but
it affects color rendering)

If you weren't able to solve this, it would also be useful if you could upload
the project file (.kra) as an attachment to this bug report to see if there's
anything about it that causes the
