A picture of the notification header

SUMMARY
My notifications (the ones I've noticed this in is Vivaldi's notifications,
from specifically Google Calendar and Google Messages, but it has happened with
other things like Spectacle too) persist even after the bar goes to 0, and then
clicking the X does not work the first time. My notification settings are set
to "hide after". I've seen here
(https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/tr6p6o/keep_the_notifications_popups_open_forever_until/)
that it seems to be due to normal priority notifications; this makes sense,
because some of mine auto-disappear but most do not.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Recieve a Google Calendar notification
2. Observe it not disappearing
3. Try to close it and fail

OBSERVED RESULT
The notification should close after five seconds and definitely should close
the first time I click the X

EXPECTED RESULT
The notification does not close after five seconds and only closes the second
time I click the X

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is the Manjaro build built with KDE Plasma. No system updates are
