            Bug ID: 509450
           Summary: crash when dragging luma radius value in "planes blur"
                    effect
    Classification: Applications
           Product: kdenlive
      Version First 25.04.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Video Effects & Transitions
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

kdenlive-25.04.0-3.fc40.x86_64
mlt-7.30.0-1.fc40.x86_64

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
create new project
add a clip to timeline (even a "color clip" will trigger it)
add effect "planes blur" to clip on timeline
drag the playhead to be over the clip
open the effect parameters panel
drag the slider for "luma radius" all the way to the right

RESULT:
immediate crash with:

ERROR MESSAGE:
[boxblur @ 0x7faf04016d80] Invalid luma_param radius value 540, must be >= 0
and <= 240
[boxblur @ 0x7faf04016d80] Failed to evaluate filter params: -22.
[boxblur @ 0x7faf04016d80] Failed to configure input pad on boxblur

(yes, it says "boxblur" even though the effect selected was "planes blur". I
believe the crash happens on other settings or effects, but this one is the one
I remember that I can reproduce)

crash does not happen if the playhead is not over the clip.
