Issue on Plasma 6.4.5
I've deactivate the Hide Cursor that was set to 5 seconds, then activated it
set to 1 second and it's not working right away.
The option to hide while typing is working fine though.
I've tried to access .config/kwinrc with Dolphin and nothing showed up.
