SUMMARY
App (digikam and showfoto) does not appear in Apple Launchpad
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install mac app
2. Try to launch app with Apple Launchpad
OBSERVED RESULT
Apps do not appear
EXPECTED RESULT
Apps should appear
SOLUTION:
According to this post https://stackoverflow.com/a/35689026 it seams that the
Info.plist of both apps are missing the mandatory key CFBundleVersion. After
adding this to the Info.plist of digikam and showfoto both apps appear in
Launchpad right away.
