SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start plasma
2. login into your session
3. start your programs
4. a while the taskbar will start to flash and later dissapear.
OBSERVED RESULT
the plasma works fine for some time but later the desktop and task bar starts
flash and eventually dissapear. a later invistigation found out that the user
plasmashell.service showed that it had failed , restarting the service yielded
no success and resulted in the same flashing of the desktop

the plasma works fine
