If I have BOTH * "Begin in split view mode" checked AND * "Show on startup" set to a particular folder (my home folder) instead of "Folders ... from last time", then I experience the bug. If either of those two settings is different, then I have no issue. When the bug is present, I have the following symptoms: * On first open, right clicking in either pane does not present the menu * On first open, if I select a file and press the Delete key, the file is not deleted and instead "Selection mode" is activated in the opposite pane.
