SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On Windows 11 change to any theme except Default
2. Pull down any menu
3. the text is not visible in the pulldowns (white on white)
On the DEFAULT theme the hover popups w/ item details are not visible .. white
on white
