change password requires root authentication AND kwallet is NOT updated
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. system settings
2. user
3. change password
OBSERVED RESULT
ONLY way to change the password is to enter the root (sudo) password
EXPECTED RESULT
user able to change password on demand, kwallet password is updated
