Screenshot of preview showing focus point array

SUMMARY
I'm using a Canon EOS 5Ds. The focus point that was selected at the moment of
taking the photo is correctly identified by digiKam and is highlighted in red.
When the camera is held in portrait orientation to take the photo, the image is
correctly rotated 90° in the thumbnail and in the preview, but the array of
focus points remains in landscape orientation.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a photo with the camera in portrait orientation
2. Look at the image in digiKam preview with "show focus points" active

OBSERVED RESULT
The focus point array is not rotated nor aligned with the preview image.
See attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected the focus point array to be rotated and aligned with the preview
image.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
digiKam 7.9.0
Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
Gnome/Wayland
