Summary: Issues with rendering when using liquify on a
transform mask and toggling visibility

SUMMARY
When using the transform Liquify on a transform mask, and toggling the
visibility back and forth, the result is not always correctly rendered.
Sometimes the layer is not rendered at all and sometimes parts outside layer's
bounding rectangle are not erased. The behavior is nondeterministic. The
following scenario is only such case, using two transform masks, which I was
able to reproduce consistently.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a paint layer and draw something on it
2. Attach two transform masks to it
3. Use Liquify on each transform mask
4. Quickly turn off and back on the visibility of the paint layer
OBSERVED RESULT
The contents of the layer are not rendered, even after waiting for a long time.
EXPECTED RESULT
The layer is rendered, with both masks applied.
