System tray flyout is not working but the clock flyout does
SUMMARY
The control panel sometimes doesnt open the "flyout" widgets such as the launch
menu and the right hand system tray.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I have no idea how do reproduce it reliably. Just click on the control panel
icons that have menus or widgets flying out many times and it will trigger
soon.
OBSERVED RESULT
The menus do not fly out as intended
EXPECTED RESULT
The menus should fly out as expected. It only works with the clock at the very
right of the control panel. Launcher and system tray do not work.
