STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Play a youtube/web video.
OBSERVED RESULT
You can't see the loaded part in the progress bar, making it annoying to watch
heavy videos.
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to see the loaded part in the progress bar, so I can wait until the
video is sufficiently loaded.
