It's already available in Krita Plus and Krita Next, which can be found on the downloads page of krita.org. I can't reproduce the sliders issue. Please create a separate ticket explaining or demonstrating how to make that happen if it's still an issue. For the feature request of the color picker with a long tap, also please create a separate ticket explaining how that feature is supposed to work.
