Dock behavior
SUMMARY
I am using KDE Plasma with the bottom panel set to content-fit. The panel works
normally until I open and then close an application that is not pinned to the
dock. After closing the application, the panel suddenly changes its size even
though no new icons were added or removed. The panel only goes back to the
correct size after I move the mouse cursor over it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a program that is not pinned to the dock.
2. Close the program.
3. The dock panel changes its size incorrectly.
4. Hovering the mouse over the panel restores it back to normal.
OBSERVED RESULT
When I close an application that is not pinned to the dock, the bottom panel
(set to content-fit) incorrectly changes its size. The panel only returns to
normal after hovering the mouse over it.
EXPECTED RESULT
Closing an application that is not pinned to the dock should not affect the
panel size. The panel should remain unchanged.
