Recording example, ignore the game that is another problem i have dealing with
and not relevant to the recording issues lol
SUMMARY
I have noticed for a while the encoding with mp4/h.264 creates some green
glitches in the screen recordings on my AMD GPU(RX 6700)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a amd gpu maybe even rdna2 possibly
2. record with spectacle in mp4/h.264
3. Notice in the recording how some green glitches can appear and sometimes
even green flickering
OBSERVED RESULT
Green glitchyness in the recording
EXPECTED RESULT
For the recording to not have green glitches in it's encoding :P
