SUMMARY
I have a pen with a button that I bound to right click in plasma drawing tablet
settings. This right click works everywhere on the system, even in Krita it's
self, but as soon as I try to use right click on the canvas to pull up the pop
up pallet, nothing happens. I went to the canvas input settings to check if it
was bound correctly and it was, it was set to right click. I even plugged a
mouse into my tablet to check and lo and behold right clicking the canvas
worked as expected and pulled up the pallet.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set pen button to right click in plasma tablet settings
2. Open Krita
3. Attempt to open pop-up pallet
4. Be disappointed that you cannot open the pop-up pallet

OBSERVED RESULT
Pen right click doesn't pull up pop-up pallet

EXPECTED RESULT
Pen right click pulls up pop-up pallet
