The following would make life easier using several virtual desktops.
You can of course already drop a file onto a window in the Grid view, but often
it requires additional user interaction afterwards e.g. in forms of dialogs. So
it would be convenient to switch to the desktop first.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag a file (hold down the left mouse button)
2. Open the Grid effect (Ctrl + G)
3. Drag the file to another VD
4. Exit the Grid effect (Ctrl + G)
OBSERVED RESULT
You end up on the original desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
You open the target desktop.
