SUMMARY
files with carriage returns in name overlap the next item in the list
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. recieve from third party a file with carriage returns in the name
2. open dolphin
3. switch to any list view
OBSERVED RESULT
the carriage returns cause the text to overlap the next item in the list
EXPECTED RESULT
the carriage returns are escaped into a single line which is then truncated

Dolphin: 25.11.70
KDE Frameworks: 6.19.0
Qt: Using 6.9.2 and built against 6.9.2
