SUMMARY
The context menu (right click menu) on the Application Dashboard doesn't pop up
where the mouse is or where the application square is but in a constant static
location.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open application dashboard widget
2. Right click any application
3. The context menu opens on the left hand side of the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
the menu spawns at the same location on the left side
EXPECTED RESULT
the menu should spawn near the application square or under the mouse cursor
