STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Plasma with X11
2. Lock the screen
3. Press Escape
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen flickers multiple times very quickly, sometimes shows the desktop screen
for a frame or two but mostly flickers
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be a smooth fade in and fade out which does work for me on Wayland but
not on X11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Fresh install of Manjaro KDE that has been downloaded today (as of Oct 5th),
locking my screen and pressing Esc makes my screen flicker/go black quickly
instead of fading in and out, I can still put in my password to log back in
I tried downgrading kscreenlocker, libkscreen and kscreen (only kscreenlocker
kept working after downgrading, doing it to kscreen only bricked it)
I looked for solutions on the internet both by hand and with AI when I felt
like all hope was lost, tried changing the Plasma theme and it did nothing,
disabling the compositor did nothing, downgrading kscreen to 6.0.0 had the
screen lock work but pressing Esc still brought the same issues.
Only peripherals plugged in are a BT mouse since I'm on a laptop. Keyboard
layout is AZERTY. (Didn't know what more info to give out, I will gladly
provide more)
