KDialog with thumbnails failing to render
How to reproduce:
-Open the KDialog file picker using something like a web browser.
-Navigate to a folder filled with many images.
-Immediately start scrolling.
-Many of the thumbnails will then not render until you hover over them or
increase/decrease the zoom.
A possible workaround is to wait a few seconds before you start scrolling.
This appears to have been first reported back in July 2018 on the openSUSE
forums, but was ignored.
