SUMMARY
Scrolling functionality in the messaging application does not work at all.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click a message to open it.
2. Click the message pane to focus it.
3. Attempt to scroll by dragging the vertical scrollbar, using a mouse scroll
wheel, or pressing UP, DOWN, PGUP, PGDN, HOME, or END.
OBSERVED RESULT
Vertical scrollbar does not move when dragged, message pane does not scroll.
EXPECTED RESULT
Message pane scrolls in indicated direction
