SUMMARY
Taking a screenshot region using super+shift+s results in the wrong screen
region being copied. Specifically when I have multiple monitors connected of
differeint resolutions (two are 3840x2160 and the last one maxes out at
1440x900).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open the snipping tool
2. select a region
3. click copy
4. paste the result somewhere

OBSERVED RESULT
the pasted result will be a different portion of the screen than originally
selected

EXPECTED RESULT
the pasted result should be the same section of the screen that was originally
selected.
