SUMMARY
When using Meta--T to edit the custom tile arrangement, and selecting to
designate a tile as "floating", the sizing handles that appear do not indicate
window size values... they should.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Meta+T
2. set tile as "floating"
3. try to size the tile to a specific dimension (in px).
OBSERVED RESULT
handles appear with no indication of tile size.
EXPECTED RESULT
tile size should be shown (possibly even editable) so that a floating tile can
be of a specified size
