SUMMARY
Feature request: Link from Dolphin to System Settings for Clicking Behavior
configuration

There is an option in System Settings > Workspace > General Behavior >
Clicking. It allows to toggle between 'Clicking to Select an item
(file/folder)' and 'Clicking to Open an item (file/folder)'. This setting is
very related to Dolphin, and Dolphin may benefit (making the click behavior
settings more accessible to users) if there is a “link” from Dolphin to
systemsettings page for this (at least on machines that are running Plasma DE).

OBSERVED RESULT
There is no direct link in Dolphin to access the relevant System Settings for
changing the clicking behavior, making it less intuitive for users.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin may benefit if it includes a link to the System Settings page for
Clicking behavior, enhancing user experience and making configuration more
accessible (at least for users of the Plasma Desktop Environment).
