Updating to plasmashell 6.3.6 on Debian unstable seems to have messed up dark
theming. See the images.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to Plasma 6.3.6 on Debian unstable
2. Set global theme to breeze dark
OBSERVED RESULT
Incorrect icons and borders of highlights in the network menu look weird (this
weirdness happens in light mode too)
EXPECTED RESULT
Dark mode should use dark icons and highlights should not look like that.
